The Massimo Group’s core coaching program provides singular focus to an individual and/or his/her team.  This video-conference-based coaching program (all technology provided by Massimo Group) is our most requested program.  The curriculum consists of preplanned sessions of both teleconferencing and, in some cases, in person over a 12-month time frame.  The curriculum, although designed to address all critical components of your personal or company brokerage business, is customized based your experience and needs.

The coaching calls are scheduled for every other week, or in some cases, every week.  In addition, your coach is available for spontaneous calls and emails. schedule permitting.
