Excellent job on this survey. So glad to help you in anyway we can over at theBrokerList. We are getting ready to do our beta launch of the application. Have built up some folks on the list via the preliminary blog site, but hoping the application draws in the volume we need to create the most collaborative tool we can for the industry. Something familiar to all CCIM folks, but not to others on the outside. Just my little way to pull us together in an easy to use app.

Its hard for me to argue with my larger residential masters about the investing in our business theme.

so, i nonetheless encourage my (bootstrpping) agents to do it. They wont.

So, this is a terrific blog for me to use in my argument.

Agreed, our local association is an accredited member of the RCA. It is an ongoing battle to get the word out about the many benefits available throught NAR and RCA. Keep up the good work Rod.

Great interview and Emily is part of the driving force at NAR helping our industry and the public understand that there is more to the word Realtor(R) than Homes.

I am a member of the Realtors(R) Land Institute and a member of the Realtors(R)Commercial Alliance. It goes without saying the programs both organizations is without question excellent in the support and education they provide.

There is room for more exposure to the public to help them understand that we do have educated and trained specialists involved in the different aspects of real estate brokerage.
