When the cause is bigger than yourself, the battle is easy. The economic crisis has forced many commercial real estate brokers to ask themselves why. Many will leave the business when they cannot clearly define the “Why”. What a great question to ask a new recruit to the business. Their answer may be a good indicator of whether they are likely to succeed or fail. I truly love this business for many the reason Mr. Massimo list above.
